THE STUDIO

The Studios @ Benefitness is devoted to your well-being. Our intimate Studios are found within Benefitness Health Club, located in charming historic Brookline Village. The Studios offer you an intimate contemporary atmosphere, which is both energizing and serene. Here you will find a departure from the over crowded yoga mills or warehouse health clubs. Our class size is small – no more than 10 participants – which provides an individualized, supportive and stimulating environment. With the instruction and guidance of our highly experienced teachers and trainers you will find your path to total well being.

Whether you are looking to sweat away stress in a hot yoga class, find your powerhouse on the Pilates Reformer, or strengthen and tone in one of our own Ballet Barre or TRX classes there is a class for you. You'll find top notch instruction, with the level of class you are looking for - all in a beautiful, relaxing setting that features natural light, exposed brick and beams, soft lighting and sustainable wood flooring.

A few things to make your experience more enjoyable:

  • Free Parking is available in our lot before 8am and after 5pm
  • Free Parking available all day Sat & Sun
  • Ample metered and street parking surround
  • TRX and Spin classes are held on the 3rd floor
  • Ballet Barre, Hot Yoga and Pilates Reformer classes held on main floor
  • Women enter from Benefitness Health Club entrance rear of 62 Harvard Street building
  • Men enter from front street entrance on 62 Harvard Street & proceed to 3rd floor
  • Simple on-line class registration and payment click here
  • Use of studio yoga mats included
  • Bottled or cooler water available


STUDIO AND RESERVATIONS POLICIES

Policies are respectfully in place to maintain a sense of fairness and mutual respect between all participants, club staff and instructors. In that spirit, please review and abide by The Studios policies. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions or concerns.

Please arrive to class 5-10 minutes before the start of class, even if you have already reserved a spot online. 

Benefitness Members and women attending Studio classes must come to the front desk to check in before proceeding to the Studio. Even if you have signed up on-line we like to keep track of who is physically in attendance.

Men attending Studios classes should enter through the front of the building and proceed to the 3rd floor Studios. Your instructor/trainer will check you in. Men are not permitted to pass through the Benefitness Health Club for Women general space.

If you will not be able to attend a class you have signed up for, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. If you do not cancel or simply fail to show up for class - you will be charged for the class.

We have taped off the floors in our Studios to ensure the best placement of mats on the floor. Please align your mat to one of the taped areas.

Please refrain from wearing strong scented perfumes or deodorant to class.

If you must leave class early please let the instructor know in advance and position yourself in the least disruptive spot close to the door.

If using Studios supplied mats or blocks please wipe down and return to designated spot neatly.
